(set: $path to 1) The Forest path is dark and dangerous, and I fear I am being watched. As I begin to walk back towards my Father's home, I hear the growl of a cougar behind me. I turn and see the beast. Ive nothing but a walking stick and my bag, I am at the mercy of the animal. I charge the cougar screaming loudly, waving my stick. I swing hard and strike the cougar across the face, it whimpers and runs off. I am alive, and have bested the beast. [[Confront Father|Judgement]] [[The Market|The Market]]

My father's wishes are not my own, there is a path. My path. My soul knows what direction I must go. For now I will go to the forest, to collect food. This will show that I feed myself and survive in the world. [[The Forest|Trial-2]]

(set: $path to 2) The market is bustiling with activity. Here the townsfolk conduct business. As I browse shops, I notice a rug dealer. We briefly speak and he needs assistance gathering red paint. He offers me a short job, which I accept. I walk through the rest of the market until I acquire the red paint. After returning the paint, the merchant paid me well. This I will show to my father. (set: $path to 3) I have proven to myself that I am prepared for the world. I will sit in my families courtyard, and meditate. I am in front of my fathers window, where he can see me. I arrive at the river, where a raft waits for me. My path has led to this point, many steps have been taken, but the true journey is only just beginning. May all find their path, and follow it full-heartedly. [[Reset|Father]]
